Ockenden Manor Hotel & Spa Cuckfield, Cuckfield

I had a lovely weekend at Ockendon Manor where the customer service was certainly a highlight. While there were some issues with the room and treatment arrangements, the staff's ability to handle these challenges made my stay enjoyable. However, I had higher expectations for the quality of the room and the dining options, which left much to be desired for the price I paid.

I had a lovely stay at Ockenden Manor Hotel and Spa, where I enjoyed the beautiful setting and high-quality spa treatments. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, making my experience even more enjoyable. However, the dining options didn't completely meet my expectations, and I did feel the prices were a bit high considering some inconsistencies in the food quality.

However, I found breakfast to be a slight letdown, and there were some noise issues in the mornings. Overall, I would love to return, but improvements could be made in certain areas.
